Delivery Information

We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 3pm (GMT), Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

  • Please note: while orders may be marked as shipped over the weekend, they won’t be collected by the courier until Monday.

UK Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery – £4.95
    Arrives in 2–3 working days (allow up to 5 during busy times). Excludes bank holidays.

  • Next Day Delivery – £6.95
    Order before 3pm Mon–Fri for delivery the next working day.
    (Orders after 3pm Friday will arrive Tuesday.)

Delivery Issues

If something isn’t right with your order, for example, an incorrect item, or if your order shows as delivered but you can’t locate it — please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve this quickly with the courier.

Undelivered Items

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout and that someone is available to accept your order. If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address on the order

  • The parcel not being collected from the local depot in time

Redelivery can be arranged however there will be a smallcharge for a new label. Alternatively, we can process a refund minus the original delivery costs.
